Base pay range

$34,800.00/yr - $64,600.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Perform daily distribution yard activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping/building loads.
• Operate forklift safely and efficiently.
• Ensure loads match orders before vehicles exit the yard.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of building material products and warehouse operations.
• Follow safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain good housekeeping and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• HS Diploma, GED, or two years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to understand and communicate safety and work instructions.
• Ability to perform in a warehouse environment with physical exertion and in all weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of building materials and engineered wood products.
• Ability to measure and handle materials accurately.
• Experience with warehouse operations and forklift operation.
