Job Description

The Material Handler role at the Lancaster location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance, quality, and safety throughout the plant.

Responsibilities

• Operate food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies and procedures.
• Follow work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality.
• Recognize and report employee safety, food safety, and/or quality issues.

Compensation

$21.25 per hour, including shift differential. Opportunities for overtime pay are available.

Important Details

This is a full-time permanent role. Work schedule: 11 PM to 7 AM, rotating days/weeks. Overtime may be available depending on business needs.

About You

• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus.
• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.
