Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician I at our Lancaster, PA location. The role provides support to the Maintenance team and aims to improve performance, quality, and safety across the plant.

You will operate food manufacturing processing equipment safely, perform housekeeping per GMP, and follow procedures to ensure food safety and quality. This is a full-time role working 6PM to 6AM with rotating days/weeks and potential overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus.
• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.
• The ability to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Run food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe, efficient manner.
• Perform facility/work area housekeeping per GMP and company policies.
• Follow work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality.

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician I role at the Lancaster location provides support to the Maintenance team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance, quality, and safety throughout the plant.

You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Earn $33.25 per hour, including shift differential. Earn more with opportunities for additional overtime.
• Running food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Performing facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies and procedures.
• Following work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality.
• Being responsible for recognizing and reporting employee safety, food safety, and/or quality issues.

Important Details

This is a full-time permanent role, which operates 6PM to 6AM, rotating days/weeks. Overtime may be available depending on the needs of the business.
