Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is hiring a Sanitation Technician at its Lancaster, PA facility. This full-time, on-site role supports the sanitation team and drives initiatives to improve performance, quality and safety.

The job pays $20.75 per hour including shift differential, with 6 AM to 6 PM rotating days/weeks and potential overtime. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, with strong instruction-following and clear communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively (verbal and written).
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.

About the Role:

The Sanitation Technician role at the Lancaster location provides support to the Sanitation team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance, quality, and safety throughout the plant.

Important Details:

This is a full-time permanent role, which operates 6AM to 6PM, rotating days/weeks. Overtime may be available depending on the needs of the business.

About You:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus!


• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.


• The ability to work overtime and weekends.
