Job Description

The Mixer role at the Lancaster location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance, quality, and safety throughout the plant.

Responsibilities

• Run food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies and procedures.
• Follow work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality.
• Recognize and report employee safety, food safety, and/or quality issues.

Compensation

Earn $22.25 per hour, including shift differential. Overtime may be available.

Important Details

This is a full-time permanent role, operating 3PM to 11PM, rotating days/weeks. Overtime may be available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus.
• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.
