Job summary

ARMI Hygienic Systems is seeking a Material Handler to keep material moving on a fast-paced field-lead team. You will be the supply line for crews, ensuring the right material is available at the right time and place, every day, with high ownership.

You will operate forklifts and hand tools, stage pipe and consumables, and manage deliveries while maintaining safety and accuracy in an outdoor environment year-round. This role demands reliability, physical stamina, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in warehouse/industrial material handling.
• Ability to read packing slips and POs.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors year-round.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, unloading, inspecting deliveries and checking against POs.
• Staging pipe, fittings, and consumables by crew/work area.
• Delivering materials to active work fronts and securing loads.

THE ROLE

As Material Handler, you keep material moving. You’re the supply line for a lean field team — the person who makes sure crews never wait on pipe, fittings, tools, or consumables. Receiving, staging, delivering — right material, right place, right time, every day. High ownership.

What You’ll Own

• Receiving — unloading, inspecting, and verifying deliveries against POs; shortages and damage flagged before they hit a crew
• Material traceability — heat numbers, MTRs, and material tags matched and legible
• Staging — pipe, spools, fittings, and consumables staged by crew and work area ahead of the daily plan
• Deliveries — material and tools moved to active work fronts all shift; loads secured and hauled DOT-compliant, trailers included
• Inventory & organization — laydown yards, conexes, and warehouse kept clean, identified, and protected; consumables tracked and reordered before they run out
• Equipment — forklifts, telehandlers, and pallet jacks operated safely; daily inspections and basic care
• Safety — toolbox talks, proper rigging and lifting, PPE, and client site rules — including sanitation boundaries in operating food plants

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse, construction, or industrial material handling preferred — we will train the right person
• Ability to accurately read packing slips, purchase orders, and material identification
• Experience loading, securing, and hauling material to various staging areas by fork lift
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work outdoors year-round
• Organized, dependable, and self-directed — crews count on you every hour of the day
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Base hourly pay + automatic time and a half over 40 hours + time and a half every Saturday + double time every Sunday. Work a holiday? You receive your full 8-hour holiday pay plus double time for every hour on the job. Our people in the field out-earn the market — the weekly check proves it.
