Job summary

ARMI Hygienic Systems is seeking skilled pipefitters to map pipe layouts, read blueprints, and produce precise isometric drawings for process piping projects. candidates must be capable of traveling 100% and performing manual labor in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities include measuring, cutting and threading pipe, assembling systems, and inspecting installations with hydrostatic testing. Join our team to contribute to expanding nationwide services in food, dairy, and beverage industries.

Qualifications

• Trade school or equivalent required.
• 2+ years experience reading and creating isometric drawings preferred.
• Ability to travel 100% and work nights/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials
• Proficient in pulling measurements and making takeoffs
• Draw and interpret isometric drawings
• Cut and thread pipe to specifications, using tools such as saws, cutting torches, pipe threaders and benders
• Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment according to specifications
• Inspect, examine, and test installed systems and pipelines, using pressure gauge, hydrostatic testing, observation, or other methods
• Lay out full scale drawings of pipe systems, supports, and related equipment, following blueprints
• Assists with other welders and fitters as needed on job sites
• Cleans up jobsites after completion

How You Will Make An Impact

What You Need To Succeed

• Trade school and/or 2+ years of drawing isometric drawings
• Ability to travel 100% of the time.
• Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• OSHA 10, preferred.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check
