As industry leaders, we maintain elite standards by hiring top talent. ARMI is known for work safety, meeting deadlines, quality production, and staying within budget. We believe in reinvesting in our people and supporting the local community—because we succeed together.

THE ROLE

As Administrative Coordinator, you are the front door and the backbone of our Fayetteville office — the first face visitors see, the voice on the phone, and the person who keeps onboarding, records, calendars, and supplies running like clockwork. You’ll support HR, recruiting, and training across a growing two-state company. Organized, dependable, people-first. High ownership.

What You’ll Own
  • The front desk — welcoming employees, candidates, vendors, and visitors; answering and directing calls
  • Onboarding logistics — folders, paperwork, I-9 collection, badge photos and badges, Procore setup, and email signatures, so every new hire is ready on day one
  • Compliance records — driver’s license, DOT, and OSHA card tracking, plus the Safety Shoe Voucher program
  • Communication rhythm — weekly org charts, monthly calendars, company emails and invites, and a monthly internal newsletter
  • Events & engagement — support for employee events, recognition programs, and community activities
  • Office operations — supplies, vendor orders, document prep, mail, and business errands
What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ years of administrative, office, or customer-facing experience preferred — we will train the right person
  • Organized and detail-driven — you keep lists, hit deadlines, and follow through without reminders
  • Comfortable with computers — Microsoft Office required; experience with ADP, Procore, or similar systems a plus
  • A warm, professional communicator — in person, on the phone, and in writing
  • Discretion with confidential information — this role sits inside HR
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required (occasional errands and pickups)
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
