Vallourec - North America seeks a Material Handler to support Supply Chain operations by ensuring materials are safely received, stored, tracked, and distributed with accurate inventory and product traceability.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, maintaining traceability, processing bills of lading, and following strict safety procedures while delivering professional service to customers and visitors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to understand and execute written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to successfully complete applicable testing requirements.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and push or pull up to 75 pounds.
• Experience working in a warehouse, yard, manufacturing, or industrial environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic troubleshooting related to pipe yard operations.
• Review and process operational documentation, including bills of lading and inventory reports.
• Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and regulations.
• Apply inventory management controls and quality procedures.
• Complete daily equipment inspection checklists before each shift.
• Report unsafe conditions and near misses to management promptly.
• Provide professional service and communication with customers and visitors.
• Maintain familiarity with yard layout and material locations.
