G & W Products in Fairfield, OH, is seeking a Material Handler to support efficient production operations. You will receive, store, and move raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with production teams to minimize downtime and ensure inventory accuracy.
The role requires experience in material handling, forklift operation, and attention to detail, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. 1st shift hours are 5:00 am–3:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, with overtime on Friday.

The Material Handler plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials within the production environment. This position is responsible for the timely receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials, components, and finished goods to support continuous manufacturing operations. The role requires close coordination with production teams to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize downtime caused by material shortages. Additionally, the Material Handler will uphold safety standards and maintain organized work areas to promote a productive and hazard-free workplace. Ultimately, this position contributes directly to the overall operational efficiency and quality output of the Warehouse process.
The required skills enable the Material Handler to efficiently manage the movement and storage of materials, ensuring production lines are consistently supplied without interruption. Operating forklifts and other equipment safely is essential to prevent workplace accidents and maintain productivity. Attention to detail is critical for accurate inventory tracking and identifying any discrepancies or quality issues. Preferred skills such as forklift certification and familiarity with inventory software enhance the ability to perform tasks more effectively and support continuous improvement initiatives. Strong communication skills facilitate collaboration with production teams, ensuring material needs are met promptly and accurately.
