Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC in Faribault, MN is seeking a Warehouse Worker with forklift experience to support fast-paced distribution operations. You will move product, load and unload shipments, and keep inventory accurate using the warehouse system.

This temp-to-hire role offers shifts from 5:45 AM to 2:15 PM, 1:45 PM to 10:15 PM, or 9:45 PM to 6:15 AM, with weekly pay and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance. Overtime is required on Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Forklift operation experience (minimum 6 months).
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates seated and standing forklifts to move product in distribution areas.
• Load and unload product per orders using container configurations.
• Complete paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Source product inventory for shipment using inventory tracking software.
• Receive materials into inventory tracking system.
• Maintain warehouse order and safety around moving machinery.

SUMMARY: Responsible for movement of product and supplies in distribution areas.

• Monday to Friday, 5:45 AM - 2:15 PM
• Monday to Friday, 1:45 PM - 10:15 PM
• Monday to Friday, 9:45 PM - 6:15 AM

Wage: $20.00 - $21.50/HR

Type: Temp to Hire

Overtime: Mandatory Saturdays as needed

Responsibilities

• Operates a combination of seated and standing forklifts to move product throughout the distribution area.
• Accurately Load and unload product in accordance with customer/vendor orders using any necessary container configuration (railcar, shipping container, trailer)
• Accurately and legibly completes all paperwork
• Source product inventory for shipment using inventory tracking software
• Receive materials and product into inventory tracking software
• Maintains warehouse order by combining rows, sweeping, picking up cans from floor as well as other duties deemed necessary.
• Responsible for strict observance of all safety rules and will use extreme caution around moving machinery.

Working hours: 5:45 AM - 2:15 PM (Various Shifts Available)
