Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years forklift operating experience is required.

Spherion is seeking skilled and reliable Forklift Operators to join a dynamic team in East Liberty, OH. This is a fantastic Temp-to-Hire opportunity after just 320 hours, offering a competitive starting wage, weekly pay, and a clear path to a permanent position. • 1st Shift Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM $18.00/hr
• 2nd Shift Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM $19.20/hr
• 3rd Shift Sunday Night - Friday Morning, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM $19.20/hr

Weekly Pay

Temp-to-Hire after 320 hours (approximately 8 weeks)

Responsibilities:

• Operating material-handling equipment, including forklifts and trucks, to move, stage, and store products.
• Managing the complete material flow within the warehouse, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely operations.
• Performing all tasks related to receiving, loading, and unloading raw materials and finished goods.
• Assisting with inventory control by accurately receiving and storing materials.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and quality control standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-4 years of professional work experience.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on forklift operating experience is required.
• Communication: Great verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with team members.
• Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with warehousing, manufacturing, production processes, and quality control principles.
• Bonus Points: Prior receiving experience is highly preferred.
