A leading company in Denver is seeking a Material Handler to manage shipping and receiving duties, ensuring a safe work environment and effective communication with teams. T he position of Material Handler performs duties related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing and delivering a variety of materials, equipment and supplies.
$19.65-$23.25 per hour. M-Th 5AM-3:30PM for orientation and training.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to write and read routine reports or job orders.Ability to understand job instructions.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.Must be able to perform these operations using American units of money, weight, volume and distance.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to interpret, understand, and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
ATTENDANCE DEMANDS: Attendance is required Monday through Friday within normal business hours as established by the supervisor.Employee may be required to work overtime.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS :While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand.The employee is frequently required to use a hand to finger, handle and feel objects, took, and controls and to climb and balance.The employee is occasionally required to walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.Employee must be able to communicate readily and to talk and hear.Specific visual abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
