Centro, Inc. is seeking a dependable Material Handler in Davenport, IA to move raw materials, molds, and finished products throughout the facility, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency in production operations.

You will play a critical role in product quality, inventory accuracy, and on-time customer shipments while supporting shipping, receiving, and daily FIFO workflows. Basic computer skills and forklift experience are preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn Centro’s processes.
• Basic computer skills or ability to learn internal systems.
• Forklift experience preferred (training available).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move materials safely and accurately.
• Deliver raw materials, molds, and accessories to machines and work cells as needed.
• Maintain proper product identification, labeling, and FIFO material flow.
• Support shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading trucks.
• Verify incoming and outgoing quantities and report discrepancies.
• Maintain organization, housekeeping, and staging areas throughout the facility.
• Complete inventory counts as directed.
• Perform daily equipment and forklift inspections.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Assist other departments as needed to support production priorities.
