Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking candidates for a warehouse specialist in Colorado. The role involves warehouse tasks, guest-service adherence, stock maintenance, and distribution of merchandise to outlets. The position supports team members and operates a company truck as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse tasks and related duties as assigned.
• Adhere to guest service requirements.
• Assist in counts and weight checks, maintain stock levels.
• Stock items in designated areas and rotate stock (FIFO).
• Distribute merchandise to outlets and verify vendor documentation.
• Operate company truck to and from offsite warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Must perform all warehouse responsibilities as outlined below in addition to any special task specific duties as assigned.
• Adhere to guest service requirement listed above.
• Perform warehouse tasks as directed.
• Assist in counts and weight checks, maintains stock levels.
• Stocks items in designated area, and rotate stock first in, first out.
• Performs merchandise inspection.
• Verifies vendor documentation to merchandise and Purchase Order.
• Distributes merchandise to the appropriate outlets.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Perform task of driving company truck to and from offsite warehouse

Requirements

• Ability or willingness to learn to effectively interact with people.
• Ability or willingness to learn to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
• Must be capable of using computer and materials management software.
• Ability or willingness to learn to communicate effectively with others.
• Understands and complies with all Company and departmental rules and regulations.
• Must have a valid Colorado Drivers License.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 80 lbs.
• Ability or willingness to learn to operate a forklift, pallet jack, dolly, and carts in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with team member relations issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Able to obtain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
