Job summary

Cosma International in Clinton, TN seeks a forklift operator to safely move materials on the plant floor and in shipping/receiving areas. You will handle raw materials, WIP, and finished goods while adhering to control plans and safety inspections. Experience in warehousing and basic inventory tasks is preferred.

The role requires a valid forklift license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and readiness to work in a fast-paced environment. Safety training and PPE are provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Forklift license and/or prior forklift experience required.
• Must have 1 year experience driving forklift.
• Warehousing, shipping/receiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts for production lines and shipping/receiving to move materials to staging areas.
• Perform safety inspections on forklift equipment and document results.
• Move materials to/from production lines and provide packaging materials.
• Maintain production efficiency by minimizing forklift downtime.
• Support SH&E procedures and training for safe operations.
