The Opportunity:

• Accurately inputting and maintaining data and physical material within an Infor ERP system
• Ensuring the integrity and consistency of critical business information across modules like sales, inventory, customer details, purchase orders, and more
• Reviewing and entering data meticulously and performing necessary transactions in the system

Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: accurately entering data into the Infor ERP system from sources such as purchase orders, invoices, sales orders, receiving documents, and customer information.
• Data validation: verifying the accuracy of entered data by cross-checking with source documents and performing data quality checks.
• Data cleansing: identifying and correcting duplicate or inconsistent data to maintain data integrity.
• Data reporting: generating reports like inventory, sales, and customer account summaries from the ERP system.
• System navigation: proficiently navigating through different modules within the Infor ERP system.
• Compliance with procedures: following established data entry guidelines and company policies.
• Material handling: following procedures to accurately handle material to support program demands.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Strong attention to detail and error identification in data
• Excellent typing accuracy and data entry skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Understanding of basic business processes related to sales, inventory, purchasing, and accounting
• Familiarity with Infor ERP system navigation and data entry

Desired:

• Experience with INFOR
• Associates Degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
