Talent One recruitment and staffing is searching for Material Handlers for a client company located in Moreno Valley, CA.

Material Handlers will be working in the various processes associated to supplying tubes to different types of industries. Tubes are made from carbon, alloy, steel and other metals. These tubes are used in different applications such as: hydraulics and automated machines in manufacturing settings, Aerospace, Energy, and Heavy Equipment.

Product will need to be identified, measured using Tape measure, Calipers, Micrometer, will also operate overhead crane, and reach lifts. Ideal candidate will have worked in a manufacturing, production or fabrication – Industrial setting, with knowledge of measuring tools.

• Position Type: Temp to Hire
• Schedule: 1st Shift & 2nd Shift (Flexible)
• Hours: 5:00am - 1:30pm; 1:30pm - 10:00pm
• Monday - Friday
• Weekends: Occasional & OT as needed
• Payrate: $19hr - $22hr
• Willing to commute everyday.

Requirements:

• 1 year of steel or industrial experience or similar experience.
• Experience operating Forklift and heavy machines.
• Able to Lift up to 50lbs.
• Communicating ability
• Tape Measure
• Calipers
• Micrometers

Job Duties:

• Operate side loaders and forklifts
• Must be able to operate general warehouse equipment: Air Grinder,tying with metal staps, Razor Knife.
• Use tape measure regularly, caliper and micrometer
• Understanding ofpacking list, work order pick ticket, pre-release pick ticket.
• Fill out paperwork and process orders into computer, some computer understanding
• Safely operate overhead pendant crane and automated saw cutting material equipment.
• Must be available for both 1st and 2nd shift
