Job Description

1. Obtain loading order from Shipping Manager.
2. Locate material, check product identification and weights.
3. Load and unload vehicles correctly and safely.
4. Work outside in all weather conditions, as required.
5. Operate and perform minor maintenance on forklift.
6. Complete daily driver checklist.
7. Maintain quality specifications and proper housekeeping.
8. Organize and maintain stock and prepare shipments.
9. Use RF scanners and basic computer skills for printing shipping tags.
10. Report inventory shortages, overages, and defects promptly.
11. Assist in organizing orders and handling scrap material.
12. Relocate materials and perform inventory cycle counts.
13. Label locations with product info and ensure safe forklift operation.
14. Support other departments as needed and monitor workstations.
15. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years forklift operating experience and 1 year inventory control.
• High school diploma.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, RF scanners, and support software.
• Physical ability to lift 75+ pounds, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks regularly.
