Job summary

Pregis LLC in Arlington, TX is seeking a Material Handler to move materials between the production floor and inventory, load and unload shipments, and stage finished goods for shipping.

The role requires at least 1 year of forklift (gas/propane) and clamp truck experience, plus experience with inbound receiving, outbound shipping, and inventory control in a manufacturing setting.

Expect a 2-2-3 rotating schedule (6AM–6PM or 6PM–6AM) and a safety-conscious, fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recent sit-down gas/propane forklift experience.
• 1+ year of recent clamp truck experience.
• 1+ year of experience supporting inbound receiving, outbound shipping, material movement, and inventory transactions.
• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• 1+ year of inventory control experience.
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Maintain distribution of materials between the production floor and inventory; loading and unloading; delivering production materials and supplies to production floor; staging finished product in designated inventory location; general housekeeping in accordance with Pregis policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and FIFO (First In, First Out) controlled warehouse in accordance with Pregis best practices.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by identifying, storing, and tracking materials and supplies.
• Prepare finished goods for shipment by identifying, pulling, and securing product in designated locations.
• Support inbound receiving, outbound shipping, and material movement throughout the facility.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
