Job summary

Bender Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to support production and warehouse operations in Exton, PA. You will move materials and ensure timely flow to sustain uptime across production lines.

Responsibilities include Kanban replenishment, packaging as needed, and using SAP/WMS for inventory tracking. Requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in a warehouse setting, and forklift certification or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or material handling role preferred.
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified preferred.
• Experience with inventory systems, email, and spreadsheets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials, components, and finished goods to support production flow.
• Package and ship materials as needed and support freight packing.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to production work cells per schedule.
• Perform Kanban replenishment to maintain continuous production.
• Conduct frequent plant walks to monitor materials and replenish as needed.
• Transport WIP between operations to maintain workflow continuity.
• Assist with production team material requests and priority changes.
• Utilize WMS/SAP for material tracking and data entry.
