Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Orlando, Florida, is seeking a Material Processor to help expedite the flow of work, materials, parts, tools, supplies and related documentation across manufacturing areas. This is a 1st shift position with responsibilities to resolve delays and maintain tool control.

You will investigate delays, coordinate material searches, manage tool inventories, and input status in computer systems. Requires ability to lift 35 lbs and adapt to 1st–3rd shifts per the bargaining agreement.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a US citizen and have the ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
• Must be able to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift per the collective Bargaining Agreement.

Responsibilities

• Investigates production delays or discrepancies to eliminate potential difficulties; coordinates material searches and inventory as required.
• Assists Production Control in resolving manufacturing difficulties or delays.
• Makes and inputs Production Control data into computer systems; manages tool storage, distribution, and records.
