Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years experience in production control, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, logistics, or material management.
• Ability to analyze operational data and communicate insights, including experience with spreadsheets (Excel or equivalent), basic reporting or data tracking.

Responsabilités

• Supports production planning and control in a team-based manufacturing environment.
• Coordinates cross-functional activities across operations, engineering, and material management.
• Interacts with internal and external customers on planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.
• Facilitates self-directed work teams and coaches teams on core skills.
• Manages material flow and order prioritization to support schedules.
