Qualifications

• Two years of experience in body shop or general claims handling or completion of ERIE training program is required.
• Incumbent must live in territory assigned unless a change is approved by the company.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles, photograph damaged areas, and write estimates when necessary.
• Negotiate with repair shops on cost of repairs and settle total losses.
• Issue settlement checks and maintain records.

Education
