You will partner closely with Project Management, Procurement, Engineering, Field Services, and Supply Chain teams to solve material challenges, improve visibility, and support efficient execution in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.

This posting outlines the primary responsibilities of the role, but is not all-inclusive; additional duties may be assigned in alignment with business needs.

To thrive in this role, you have:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years of experience in material coordination, logistics, supply chain, maintenance support, or a related operational role.
  • Working knowledge of ERP and/or MRP systems; SAP experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Power BI.
  • Strongly demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, respond with urgency, and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused approach with strong teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20%.

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without needing current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
