Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills: email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
• Safety- and quality-minded with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive assembly of Silfex products into complete packages in accordance with work instructions.
• Process incoming goods against PO/invoices, inspect for serviceability, and document receipt.
• Maintain ERP records and track inventory, raw materials, and supplies.
• Operate forklift to move goods into and out of the facility.
• Keep area clean and safe; observe PPE policies and 5S standards.
