2nd Shift Material Coordinator
Job Description

This position involves investigating missing parts, assisting with hot part pulls for both internal and external customers, and providing support to plant personnel and UAW with queries regarding indirect materials. Responsibilities also include shipping parts domestically and internationally and completing all necessary shipping paperwork.

Responsibilities
  • Investigate missing parts and documentation.
  • Assist with hot part pulls.
  • Complete cycle counts and audits.
  • Collaborate with UAW and plant personnel.
  • Export information from SAP into Excel using Pivot Tables and V LOOKUPS.
Essential Skills
  • 1-3 years of logistics experience, with a preference for international logistics.
  • 1-3 years of inventory management experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, specifically Pivot Tables and V LOOKUPS.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Previous experience working with UAW or unions is a plus.
  • Experience with cycle counting and auditing.
Work Environment
The role operates Monday to Friday on the 2nd shift from 2:00pm to 10:30pm.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
