Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Attendance: Regular and prompt attendance is a core requirement.

Responsabilités

• Move and assemble products, handle materials, and stage items.
• Operate material handling equipment and obtain PIT certification if required.
• Work safely at heights up to 33 feet.
• Perform data entry, cycle counts, stock checks using RF gun; investigate discrepancies.
• Lead team meetings, prioritize schedules, manage shift handoffs, and allocate resources.
• Address minor personnel issues and set performance goals; audit accuracy.
• Maintain clean area, follow safety rules, handle non-conforming products.
