Qualifications

• Required Experience: None (5 days of comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided).
• Preferred Education: High school diploma, GED, or demonstrated ability to perform math, reading, and writing at a high school level.

Responsibilities

• Follow all department procedures, work instructions, and directions from supervisors or team leads.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and strictly follow all safety requirements.
• Identify, segregate, and dispose of non-conforming products.
• Maintain regular, prompt attendance and communicate effectively with team members.
• Operate in specialized tracks such as Prepack, Inventory Control, Returns, DTR & Bulk Fulfillment, Transportation & Shipping, Packaging, and Tool Crib as needed.
