Job summary

CTK Enterprises, a global talent management company expanding into a new museum and retail ventures, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor at their Antioch, Tennessee operations. You will lead daily warehouse activities, ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, and serve as the floor leader for the warehouse team.

You will oversee safety, inventory integrity, and process improvements while coordinating with retail, e-commerce, and events teams to support fulfillment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or retail fulfillment experience.
• Previous experience leading or directing warehouse employees preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
• Basic computer and inventory-system skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with team members.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily work assignments for warehouse associates based on volume, priorities, and shipping deadlines.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, staging, loading, and shipping activities.
• Monitor workflow throughout the day and adjust staffing and priorities as business needs change.
• Ensure orders and transfers are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for day-to-day warehouse operational issues.
