What you'll do...

This is an onsite position that requires flexibility, including the ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and most holidays. There is no hybrid option for this position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Inbound, outbound, and claims processing
• Building safety, positive UAW relationships, error rate, denial rate, inventory accuracy, overtime percentage, absenteeism, vacation scheduling, grid time, on-time delivery, efficiency, accurate timekeeping in TWOS, process adherence/improvement, accountability, customer satisfaction, and accurate application of the Ford-UAW contracts
• Overall building organization and cleanliness, with willingness to work any shift as required
• Attending, facilitating, and submitting proper documentation for crew meetings
• Preparing and maintaining work-related records
• Scheduling manpower, including overtime and vacation
• Championing and leading continuous improvement initiatives towards best-in-class performance

You'll have...

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 years of warehouse management or supervising experience
• 3 years of warehouse safety experience
• 3 years of experience with claims processing inbound and outbound
