Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Materials Associate for the 2nd shift in Santa Ana, CA. You will move materials from warehouse to production lines, support shipping/receiving, and help maintain inventory accuracy across sites. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities include processing shipping/receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and operating forklifts. Experience with ERP tools and NetSuite is valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse/logistics roles with accuracy in inventory.
• Experience using ERP systems and inventory control tools.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and operate forklifts.
• Proficient with MS Office for docs and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping and receiving activities at Santa Ana and/or Costa Mesa locations.
• Prepare finished stock for shipment (identify, pull, pack, crating, labeling, loading).
• Serve as key contact to ensure material movements are transacted and recorded in systems.
• Support production by pulling orders and delivering materials.
• Stage finished products for distribution and ensure proper labeling and storage.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain inventory locations and report shortages.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.
• Expedite flow of materials between departments per schedules.
• Follow SOPs for safe, efficient warehouse operations.
• Coordinate material movement with team and stakeholders.
• Lift/move objects up to 35 lbs daily.
