Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Material Handler in San Diego, CA for the 2nd shift to support semiconductor equipment production. You will receive, move, and track materials, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely delivery to production areas.

The role involves warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and computer-based inventory transactions. Overtime may be required; training occurs on the 1st shift, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM, with regular hours 2:00 PM-10:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling environments.
• Experience with inventory transactions and cycle counts.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation and warehouse software.
• Forklift and pallet jack operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify inbound inventory and materials.
• Pick, pack, stage, and deliver materials for production.
• Perform inventory transactions in warehouse systems.
• Conduct cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Audit shipments for accuracy and prepare materials for shipment.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
• Load/unload trucks and move materials around the facility.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
