Job summary

KDC-ONE is seeking a Warehouse Lead in New Albany, OH to oversee shipping/receiving, inventory control, and production support. You’ll direct shift staff, review SAP transactions, and drive improvements for inventory accuracy and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating powered industrial equipment in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• SAP experience required.
• Leadership experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform reviews and reconcile SAP transactions and reports.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in SAP.
• Identify, develop and deliver training on SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) following safety procedures.
• Secure and maintain safety equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Support shipping and receiving by staging material and loading/unloading trucks.
• Support production by staging components and processing finished goods into inventory.
• Recommend process improvements for inventory management.
• Maintain clean and compliant work areas per GMP and safety standards.

KDC Warehouse Lead

Location: New Albany, OH

Department: Material Control

Join our team as an Warehouse/Material Control Lead and help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently! You’ll lead activity on the shipping/receiving docks, pre‑weigh compounding and production floor, and direct the activities of shift employees to support the proprieties of the Material Control Department.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform reviews and reconcile SAP transactions and reports
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in SAP
• Identify, develop and deliver training on SOPs and Work Instructions
• Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) in accordance with established safety procedures, complete daily checklists and notify the proper individuals of needed repairs
• Secure and maintain all necessary safety equipment and follow established safety procedures
• Support shipping and receiving by staging material, and loading and unloading trucks
• Support production by picking and staging components for production, and processing finished goods into inventory
• Recommend process improvements for inventory management
• Maintain clean and compliant work areas per GMP and safety standards

What We Need from You:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating powered industrial equipment in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
• SAP experience
• Previous leadership experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a positive mindset
