Job summary

RTX is seeking an onsite Warehouse/Inventory Associate in Miramar, FL to receive, store, and ship items while maintaining accurate inventory records. The role involves physical tasks, cycle counts, and operating basic equipment.

A HS diploma and at least 1 year of related experience are required, with SAP experience preferred. The position offers a standard daytime shift, competitive benefits, and opportunities to contribute to our supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• HS diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to work during a regular work shift (7:00am - 3:30pm), Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

• Receives, checks, stores, issues and ships a variety of items and maintains inventory control.
• Inventory Management: Organize, stage, and bin materials in their designated warehouse locations; participate in routine cycle counts.
• Uses assistance and/or powered mechanical means to load, unload, store and deliver a variety of incoming and outgoing material.
• Prepares and packages small and large parts using proper procedures and materials.
• Processes purchase orders for spare tooling and materials.
• Oversees parts preparation, material handling, measuring and packaging equipment, records calibration logs of tools and equipment.
• Performs operator preventative maintenance tasks and refers major breakdowns to machine maintenance.
• Oversees inventory and maintains all government tooling property according to military regulations.
• Maintains contact with personnel from various customers and supports areas to ensure accuracy of material/process.
• Uses assorted measuring and weight recording devices.
• Keeps equipment and surrounding areas neat and clean.
• Performs related duties as required within the scope of this job function.
