Trader Joe's in Ardmore, PA is hiring a Mate (Assistant Store Manager) to lead Crew Members and deliver WOW experiences for our shoppers. You will coach teams, model company values, and partner with leadership to optimize store operations, from stocking shelves and bagging groceries to cash handling and customer service excellence.

Candidates should have 3+ years of retail/restaurant/hospitality experience, 2+ years in management, a high school diploma, and a history of developing people through

• A history of developing individuals and teams through empowerment and integrity.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsabilités

• As leaders, Mates coach crews to deliver WOW experiences for shoppers.
• Lead and develop Crew Members through role-modeling and support.
• Operate cash registers in a fun and efficient manner and greet customers.
• Stock shelves, bag groceries, and ensure an inviting store environment.

• Operating the cash register in a fun and efficient manner.

Is it you?

To begin your journey and join our Crew as a Mate, we'd want you to have:

• 3+ years of recent retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience
• 2+ years of recent experience at the management or supervisory level
• A high school degree or equivalent
• A history of developing individuals and teams through empowerment and integrity
