Trader Joe's is seeking leaders to join our Crew as Mates (Assistant Store Managers). You will lead and develop Crew Members through direction and support, helping create WOW experiences for our shoppers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience.
• 2+ years of recent experience at the management or supervisory level.
• A high school degree or equivalent.
• A history of developing individuals and teams through empowerment and integrity.

Responsabilités

• Operate the cash register in a fun and efficient manner.
• Bag groceries with care and assist customers.
• Stock shelves and manage receiving loads.
• Make the store a welcoming place for customers and Crew.
• Lead and coach teams to deliver WOW experiences for shoppers.

Our Mates (Assistant Store Managers) lead and develop Crew Members through role-modeling, direction, and support.

Other daily responsibilities include:

• Operating the cash register in a fun and efficient manner.
• Bagging groceries with care.
• Stocking shelves and receiving loads.

Is it you?

To begin your journey and join our Crew as a Mate, we'd want you to have:
