Job summary

Kraft Group LLC in Foxborough, MA, is seeking a Matchday Operations Support role to help deliver a professional, league-compliant experience for MLS and MLS Next Pro events. You will assist with locker room setup, match prep, and on-field support.

Coordinate with coaches, referees, security, and league staff to ensure hydration, equipment protocols, and timely execution of all matchday tasks. Provide general support to Soccer Operations.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform in fast-paced matchday environment.
• Comfortable interfacing with coaches, referees, league officials, and security personnel.
• Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by match schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist with locker room setup and breakdown for home and visiting teams.
• Support training staff and match officials with operational needs.
• Provide operational sideline support including hydration and equipment protocols.
• Assist with scoreboard operations and monitoring when needed.
• Provide general support to Soccer Operation staff throughout matchday activities.
• Pursue special projects as business dictates.
