• Ensures billing requirements and timely paperwork; approvals for exceptions when needed.
• Provides psychotherapy services (individual, group, IOP, family, couples) within scope.
• Reviews new case information and plans treatment accordingly.
• Attends required meetings and supervision; collaborates with team.
• Maintains continuing education and meets state licensing requirements.
• Supports a healthy, professional team atmosphere and coordinates referrals as needed.
