Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Production Associate - Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned floor mats, operates a rolling machine, and keeps the work area clean.

Mats are sorted and staged for delivery to customers. This full-time role offers a performance-based incentive with base pay in the range of $15.75–$18.38 per hour; up to $3 extra per hour based on productivity and standards achieved.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Standing for most of the shift is required.
• Repetitive motions and lifting/moving materials may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the quality of cleaned mats.
• Safely operate the rolling machine for processing.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Sort and stage rolled mats for delivery.
