Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned mats, then safely places them into a rolling machine for processing, and maintains the cleanliness of the work area.

The Mat Roller sorts and places the rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery. This position operates under a performance-based incentive pay structure, with potential for higher hourly pay based on meeting or exceeding production

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Able to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment
• Standing for most of shift; repetitive motions and physical activity required

Responsibilities
