Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned mats, operates the rolling machine, and keeps the work area clean.

Rolling mats are staged for timely customer delivery in a fast-paced setting. The role offers a performance-based incentive structure with potential earnings beyond hourly pay based on meeting production standards and overall performance.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Willing to work around others in a safe proximity for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the quality of cleaned customer floor mats.
• Place mats into the rolling machine for processing.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and surrounding space.
• Sort and place rolled mats in staging locations for delivery.
