Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller in Madison, AL to evaluate the quality of cleaned floor mats and safely operate a rolling machine. The role includes maintaining a clean work area and staging mats for delivery.

Compensation includes competitive hourly pay with the potential to earn up to $3.00 extra per hour based on productivity and performance, under a production-based incentive structure. This is a 3rd shift position with safety and attendance requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the quality of cleaned customer floor mats and place into the rolling machine.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and safety around equipment.
• Sort and place rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery.
• Operate with a production-based incentive pay structure tied to meeting/exceeding standards.
