Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned mats, places them into a rolling machine, and keeps the work area clean while sorting rolled mats for delivery.

This role offers a production-based incentive tied to performance standards and potential higher hourly pay for exceeding goals. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US and at least 18 years old, with attendance and safety rules
