Job summary

Colonial Group in Connecticut is seeking a Supervisor to oversee programmatic and administrative functions, including clinical supervision of staff and budget oversight. The role drives referrals, admissions and discharges and ensures model integrity across Waterbury and New Britain locations.

The position requires a Master’s degree in social work or related field with at least 1 year post-licensure experience, CT licensure, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field plus 1 year post-licensure experience required.
• CT LCSW/LMFT/LPC or Psychologist license required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; able to operate mobile medical unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and leadership to programs within the department.
• Assist with budget development and monitor financial performance of programs.
• Recruit and supervise program staff; address retention and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate care with MAT team and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Ensure program compliance with licensing, regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Drive and operate Mobile Medical Unit; oversee equipment and deliveries.
