Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferred Education: Associate’s degree, CRPA.
• Minimum Work-Related Experience: 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Uses Harm reduction strategies to engage new patients and provide recovery support.
• Links patients to recovery supports and community services.
• Complies with HIPAA, MAT, and related policies and internal Sun River Health Center policies.
• Demonstrates harm reduction principles and supports diverse paths to recovery.
• Facilitates Naloxone and other harm reduction trainings for staff, patients, and community.
• Assists patients with completing recovery support plans.
• Participates in clinical meetings, quality improvement and supervision.
