Job summary

CODA is seeking an experienced Medication Assisted Treatment Nurse to provide quality nursing care and administer medications to patients with opiate use disorder in Seaside, Oregon. The role requires RN or LPN licensure and adherence to program policies while collaborating with the clinical team.

The nurse will monitor patients, participate in care coordination, and travel to sites to deliver medications as needed, ensuring safety and compliance with CODA's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Oregon RN or LPN license.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program with at least 500 hours direct patient contact.
• Experience with substance use disorder or mental health population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely dispense OUD medication and monitor for side effects.
• Follow program policies and physician order sets.
• Assess medical stability and identify needs requiring physician notification.
• Provide patient care within program policies and orders.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and coordinate care.
• Work with clinical teams to ensure safety and standards.
