Job summary

CODA in Seaside, Oregon is seeking a full-time Medication Assisted Treatment Nurse (RN/LPN) to provide nursing care and medication administration for patients with opiate use disorder. You will work in a MAT environment, ensuring safety, accuracy, and compliance with program expectations.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Oregon RN or LPN license.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program with ≥500 hours direct patient contact.
• Experience with substance use disorder or mental health population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely dispense OUD medication and monitor for side effects.
• Follow program policies and physician order sets.
• Evaluate medical stability within program expectations.
• Provide direct patient care per policy and orders.
• Recognize and respond to crises or emergencies.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and care coordination.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to maintain safety and standards.
• Administer and review PPD tests and urinalysis as needed.
• Travel to sites to deliver services or medications if driving.
• Maintain punctuality and reliability; on-call after hours/weekends/holidays.
• Provide information and occasional training to team members.
