Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN license in the state of employment.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Proficiency in medication administration, injections, and phlebotomy.

Responsibilities

• Administer MAT medications per provider orders and facility protocols.
• Perform nursing assessments to monitor withdrawal symptoms, treatment response, and side effects.
• Conduct venipuncture and prepare laboratory specimens as directed; track results.
• Document all patient care activities and medication administration in the EHR.
• Collaborate with MAT providers, nursing staff, behavioral health clinicians, and security personnel.
• Educate patients on treatment adherence, safety, and harm-reduction strategies.
• Maintain accurate medication inventory and ensure compliance with regulations.
