Job summary

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN license in the state of employment.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer MAT medications per provider orders and facility protocols.
• Perform nursing assessments to monitor withdrawal, treatment response, and side effects.
• Document all patient care activities in the EHR.
• Collaborate with MAT providers, nursing, behavioral health, and security staff.
• Educate patients on adherence, safety, and harm-reduction strategies.
• Maintain medication inventory and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with discharge planning and staff training.
